• Colour: 
• Nose: Ripe honeydew melon, crème brulee, lemon curd, ripe raspberry, toffee apple and spent brewers malt (draff). A beautiful vanilla musk, and herbal notes of chammomile tea and mint. Anise, tarte tatin, lamingtons (coconut, cocoa and vanilla sponge), brownies in the oven, and an interesting fresh spice note of celery seeds. Fills the nasal palate perfectly.
• Palate: Thick and textural. Malty! A big wave of fruit- apple, baked pears and lemon tart gives way to a broad layer of thick vanilla custard and lots of honey. Toasty bread, a hint of rosewater, a hint of clove, and a hint of celery and baked beets.
• Finish: Turkish Delight, very ripe raspberries, dried apple, bananas in custard, coconut blossom sugar, fine Rhum, and a medly of baked fruits and pastries.
