Starward aged their "Octave Barrels" whisky in Yalumba’s iconic The Octavius Shiraz barrels. It's a single malt where raisin, anise and caramel flavours meld with rich, dark fruits.
Part of Starward Distillery's Projects series, this Single Malt was distilled in 2018 and then matured in 100L octave barrels which previously held The Octavius Shiraz from Yalumba. It was bottled in 2021.
