A 25 year old Independent Bottling by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society (SMWS) of a single cask from Glen Grant - 9.83 'Tiger Balm, Limoncello and scented candles'. This whisky was distilled on 18th of April 1988 and laid to rest in a refill ex-Sherry Butt for 25 years, before being bottled in 2013 at 56.5% ABV. One of 510 botttles.
This whisky was described by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society as follows: The aromatic nose carries linseed oil, tiger balm, Limoncello, lime zest and scented candles – water brings biscuits, coconut and hints of smoke. The palate combines peaches, strawberries, ice-lolly sticks, macaroon bars and toffee with chilli, pepper, flower stems and quinine.

- Colour:
- Nose: Spices and some alcohol pops out immediately. Oak - wet planks. Strawberries and diluted honey. Hints of perfume or incense. Mild fruits, mainly citrus, sneak in after a while.
- Palate: Honey, white pepper, fizzy ginger. Spicy and sweet.
- Finish: Medium long finish. Caramel and honey over vanilla ice cream.
